Mishawaka Radio Control Raceway presents:
1st Annual Roundy Round Trophy Race -06/07
February 25th.

Doors are scheduled to open at 9:00am, but I will be there at 8:00 preparing, so if you would like to get in early, please feel free. Racing will start at 12:00. There will be 3 heats and a main. The heat will be shuffled after the 2nd round.

Breakfast wil be provided and sponsored by EZ loader trailers. For your boat/PWC trailering needs... EZ loader is the way to pull em!

Lunch will be provided and sponsored by Medical Structures. Medical Structures builds modular add-ons for hospitals and clincs for MRI, CT and other equipment needs.

The entry form has the track dimensions and classes we will be running. Those that wish to run a class that is NOT listed will need to have (4) people signed up to run that class. For a class to be eligable for trophies that is NOT listed on the form, there will need to be (8) entries. Those (8) entries need to be pre-registered by the 11th. (form says 9th, but if you want to pre-register at the practice scheduled for the 11th, we can work with that)

There will be a warm-up for this race for all those that have never visited our track before (as well as those that have.)

This warm-up will be February 11th. Doors will open at 10:00am through 6:00pm. Track will be setup for practice, but if a group would like to run a mock race, we will be happy to accomodate.

If you have a company and would like to sponsor a particlar class (or classes) for trophies, please contact myself at acyrier(at)michianarc(dot)com or send me a personal message through this forum. Sponsorship will include all trophies for that class as well as we'll permanently hang a banner of your business (you provide) as well as add a link to our website to your website.

I finally got the trophy info. If you have a business and would like to sponsor a class (or classes) it's only $30.00 per class.
As of right now we have the following classes:
4-cell stock
4-cell 4300 (BRL Rules, or ss5800 with SS speedo only)
6-cell stock
6-cell Sprint Car Open. (No lipo's please)

Also, for the warm-up.. it's only $5.00 to practice. That $5.00 will also get you 5 tickets to the 50/50 raffle that we'll be having the day of the race (25th of Feb), so it's like your getting entered in the 50/50 for FREE!.

Keep in mind, if you plan on running a class that is not listed on the sign-up sheet, you may want to make sure you know other guys are coming to run that particular class.
Pre-registrations would be nice.
Also, don't forget about the practice. Sunday the 11th!

Just a reminder, we'll be open this sunday for a warmup. track will be setup for practice,and the timing system will be running. If people want to do a mock race, we can arrange that as well.

I know there are more coming. I think the people who actually read/follow these forums make up a very small percentage of the guys who actually race. I know a few guys that are coming who never read these things.

I know there is alot of people coming that are not on here to Todd.Should be a good time.I would imagine 20-30 guys in 4300 class.I think sprint cars from Pete's are all running together.Have to talk to Pete on that one but, I'm pretty sure thats what he had said.
