I was just admiring my Stock and Custom Mustangs and got to looking at the engines, and I noticed that GL paid attention to the difference between the Shelby and the GT. I think that is really going all out to make sure they are doing an accurate replica.

Here's some pics

Thanks GL!

Nice pics Gerald. I have yet to view an engine bay on GL. Is it cast as one piece or is the motor a separate piece?

My guess is that it's a separate piece since they use this casting for the Shelby and the regular Mustang. By observation of the two, there are two distinctly differences in the headers as well as of course the intake valves, etc.

The GT Has the Regular 3 Valve.... The intake on the new Mustang GT's have the same look as the LS1 Camaro and vette engines. The GT500 Model shows the Eaton Supercharger... That is what the thing is. I also admired my Maisto G Ridez 1993 SVT Cobra... I happen to look under the hood of my Green Version and it has a Supercharger. :)
