View Full Version : How do you overclock kevinmtg 01-12-2007, 10:50 AM I have read how easy it is to overclock the new pentium core 2 duo's, but have no idea how? RCMits 01-23-2007, 06:29 PM - never mind - xptential 04-14-2007, 11:48 AM There are several different dual core pentium D chips, some better for over clocking than others. Priced anywhere from mid $100 range to just under a $1,000 ...if you are asking that question then i would say research it. Unless you have money to blow. Heat is the main factor. but there many other factors that come into play. So unless you have overclocking experience, or are ready to really research it. I would say just leave it alone...by the way, processors arent the only thing that can be overclocked, memory, video cards, ect....again unless you want to burn up something, i say as the fella before me . Be happy with what you have ! but if you still feel frisky and got loads of burn money...if it aint broke TWEAK IT vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
