hydroracer 01-10-2007, 04:28 PM In the NASCAR class - are the 4300/GTB/LRP and the 5800/SS going to race together?
In the Sprint Cars....are there any motor limits (4300) or speedo limits?
Thanks
Z-Main Loser 01-10-2007, 04:48 PM In Nascar will the Travis Russell breakout rule be in affect since he is pretty much the only one going faster with the 5800SS? Or can you talk him into trying to win with 4300 in.
hydroracer 01-10-2007, 05:22 PM So the 4300/GTB/LRP is faster than the 5800/ss (except for Travis)?
j21moss 01-10-2007, 07:29 PM well might have to make a trip up there, since I can't go to Terre Haute on Sunday..
ETOWNE 01-10-2007, 07:31 PM hydroracer. There is about half the normal brushless guys running ss/5800 in nascar.Seems to be pretty even.In sprint car(novak only) a couple guys ventured off into gtb 4300.It produces like your 19 turn sprinters. The rest of the group runs 5.5's.
hydroracer 01-11-2007, 10:34 AM Well, I'll bring up the 4300/GTB car and see if I can even keep up. Probably could bring the sprinter along too, just have to see.
ETOWNE 01-11-2007, 12:24 PM Jesse, I would say bring your sprinter. It's up to Pete though.
ToddFalkowski 01-11-2007, 12:34 PM You'll be fine with the 4300, Jesse...
airconde 01-11-2007, 03:27 PM Jesse it's Eric. The 4300 is fine in nascar. One of the fastest cars is 4300.It's chassis setup.
hydroracer 01-11-2007, 03:45 PM Thanks for the info guys, can't wait to attend this great event again!
lammotts 01-11-2007, 06:48 PM etowne, nice page who ever you are,

ETOWNE 01-11-2007, 09:40 PM :freak: Cool Robert.
ETOWNE 01-12-2007, 09:27 AM J21MOSS.We would honored to have you
hydroracer 01-16-2007, 09:15 AM I'll be bringing the sprint (19T) and the Nascar (4300) for the race this weekend. I can't wait!
j21moss 01-16-2007, 01:20 PM well if there is enough 4 cell stock..then we'll be ok.. if not have to bring backup car but what to run... Hope to see you all there!!! The Dr!!!
hydroracer 01-16-2007, 02:49 PM come on up Dr., the more the merrier!
hydroracer 01-17-2007, 03:57 PM Any other 4300s plan on making the race on Saturday?
KenBajdek 01-17-2007, 11:07 PM This is not official yet but if we get enough 4300's we may split them up into there own class. Bring them anyway.
If you run 4 cell stock you may want to bring some with you. This is our beginners class. If you are a beginner than you will fit right in. If you are one of the experienced 4 cell racers you may want 2 or 3 others that are as fast as you are.
hydroracer 01-18-2007, 02:08 PM Well, I'm counting at least 5 4300 cars so far (John, Josh, Alec, Todd and myself). Hopefully at least a few more show up!
any other 4300's out there plan on making the trip?
airconde 01-18-2007, 03:15 PM ME TOO gtb 4300 unless you guys wanna run 4 cell mod BRL RULES MOD nascar body's not them wedge bodys.
A good rumor their could be a mod class.
opps I don't wanna start no more rumors well see sat.
I have acouple of each. I just wanna race and have "A GOOD TIME"
hydroracer 01-18-2007, 04:16 PM Conde...there is always a good time when you are around!
j21moss 01-18-2007, 06:48 PM oh!!! please don't tell me the 4 cell stock is a Novice class......don't have brushless yet..so may have to call this one off!!!! Bummer!!
KenBajdek 01-18-2007, 07:36 PM Bring some of your friends 121moss. We made the 4 cell stock class because it is a ton slower and the new guys/gals won't break as much stuff. It used to be 6 cell and they were tearing stuff up !!!!!
I may have an extra speedo and motor if you need one for BL. I 'll look in my tool box.
acyrier 01-18-2007, 07:52 PM I'll be there for 4300.
ETOWNE 01-18-2007, 08:49 PM Me too! I'm running 4300,mini,and maybe legend(?).Jesse,I know your running 2 classes, should have enough time for 3 right.
Sonny B 01-18-2007, 09:42 PM Looks like I will be up for 4300.
Moss I've got you covered with a Brushless 4300 system if you want to run.
ETOWNE 01-18-2007, 10:37 PM Glad both of you guys will make it.
ETOWNE 01-18-2007, 10:41 PM Just to let everyone know,Steve Williams has the 4300 to beat.lol
hydroracer 01-18-2007, 11:12 PM Sonny..glad to hear that you are going to make it! Moss...i hope that you make it up too!
Eric...you change your mind like a damn female...racing pete's, racing ft. wayne, now back to racing pete's....make up your mind...LOL! Derek staying here too? not sure if there will be enough to runs legends, but you never know.
ETOWNE 01-18-2007, 11:25 PM Ya Ya Jesse.Steve is bringing his and wants to race.Have a feeling he'll just have to race minis.Bangway is coming. And the women crack might cost.lol.I hope no women read this but maybe I should have a Vagisil paint job.lol
hydroracer 01-19-2007, 09:35 AM Yeah, it is pretty unfair of me to group you with the females...sorry ladies, Eric is in a class of his own! Well the rule up there at Pete's is 3 or more make a class and we'll have that. As long as you guys are still running JAMS rules, I'll bring mine with. We'll just have to see how it all works out.
airconde 01-19-2007, 11:29 AM anybody that needs motors batterys or anything else look me up If i don't have it with me I have it at the house let me know .
I'll HELP A BROTHA OUT
ETOWNE 01-19-2007, 11:53 AM Pete said he wants a new 5.5 w/sintered rotor and lighteneed endbell. Not no stock velociti end bell. Thanks brotha!lol

I will get Mains Posted in a little while
Z-Main Loser 01-21-2007, 02:23 PM A good night of racing. The house was packed. The brushless class was the biggest with 27 entries. The brushless A was split 50/50 between 5800SS and 4300 GTB. I had to ruin the all CW A main by putting my HD Pro3 in there. Glad to see Sonny make the trip in. I had fun racing with everyone except the usual HACK that is always out there. I can post the video of the brushless A if anyone wants to dispute who th HACK was. A big thats to Pete for coming through with a great show.
2 LAPS 2 LAPS
hydroracer 01-21-2007, 03:18 PM Put the video online, I love watching R/C racing!!!
Sonny B 01-21-2007, 03:53 PM Thanks Pete, and crew, I had a great time and will be back.
Great to meet some new friends and see some old ones. Also nice to see a packed house.
Congrats to Travis on the win a Jay nice job on the second place run.
Derek don’t post the video, I think I might have been the mixer in the main. LOL
My car was loooose.
Hope to see some of you next weekend at the BRl in Fort Wayne.
acyrier 01-21-2007, 05:07 PM I thought Pete's put on a good show as well. I'd also like to thank them for plugging our race and cavalcade. It's good to see the tracks working together to make each others events more successful.
Seeya'll in a couple weeks.
Z-Main Loser 01-21-2007, 06:56 PM Here is the link to the video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sxomkEeS-80

ETOWNE 01-21-2007, 08:10 PM Thanks for the video Derek.
