anyone got any ideas on making a rudder, with minimal stuff. I dont have access to a lathe or a mill anymore. Ive got a drill, a drill press and a bench grinder. anyone got any ideas?

I've made a couple by soldering a piece of brass plate to a brass rod that look and work great.
