C&W Speedway,Fox Mtn Speedway,and The Carolina R/C Complex are proud to announce this summer's running of the Carolina Oval Series.This will be a 3 race points event between the tracks,with prizes and trophies to each class winner.The schedule is as follows:

June 2 @ C&W Asheville NC
July 7 @ Fox Mtn,Mill Spring NC
Aug.11 @ Carolina Easley SC

Classes will be Jr.Revolution RTR, Revolution RTR,4cell Nastruck,Super spec [spec tires],4c 19turn,and .09 Nitro.Entry fee is 25.00 per class[15.00 2nd class]. This should be an exciting event,as these are 3 of the nicest tracks in R/C. for more info contact Jim Duffle @ JimDuffle@carolinarc.com

Jesse, how can you be at Greeneville and C&W this weekend? LOL You need to get some cap tires to go to Easly on April 28th with Lin and me. Once you run caps on asphalt you will never want to race temporary tires on anything but carpet. Besides the Paved Oval nats will be there later.

Ok,the 1st leg of this series is fast approaching,and i just heard a big RUMOR,that a certain fellow who's cars are anodized ORANGE has put this race on his calender!!! Could it be??? You'll have to come find out if it's true,and don't forget the .09 series will also be in action on this day too!!!!! That's C&W Speedway,Asheville NC,June 2nd!!!!

Danny, Nitro Series now not .09. Looking forward to it. Gonna get some practice in on the 26th. Got to get that .12 setup at C&W. Should be fun.

That's right, the RC-Oval series now runs both the .09's AND the .12's. Really looking forward to the trip to C&W on the 2nd. Two good series's runing on the same day and a really nice race track.

We should have a few at C&W this weekend geting ready for the 6/2 race. Come on down!

I don't have Helms to wipe my tires right for me so call for more volutneer marhshals to catch me spinning in the infield. Bush and Logan have been great in holding my hand at the track in Easley and I owe them a big thanks for the help.

Whats the pulse between 19t and 4300? Seems like most have give up on the 19t for the latter...just wondering what to come have fun with.

There will be 4 or 5 weekly guys running .09, including myself. I've heard some of the Easley crowd may be coming up, but I don't know of any for sure. I know there will be some .12's coming, so maybe they will bring some .09's with them.

what classes do they have at the track ?

This is a three track series, the first of which was at C&W in Asheville, which weekly is basically an .09 nitro track. However, at the first series race there were 4-cell spec trucks, RTR Sportsman (which is 4-cell spec in RTR Revolution cars), 4-cell Stock and 4-cell 19Turn. Since it and the other two series races are combined with the RC-Oval.com Nitro series there were a lot of .09 Nitro cars and a full field of .12 nitro cars as well. The next race is at Fox Mountain Speedway on July 7th, and all of these classes, along with any other class in which there are enough cars for a race, will run. All of these classes run weekly at Carolina RC Complex in Easley, SC, except maybe .12 nitro.

Sam i cant recall how many but we had several .12s last week for our weekly program. We also had some .09s, the heat kept some at home or at the lake. Cant say i blame hem, it was scorching hot.

We run the nitros on our weekly program, so come on down.

Cool Jim, I knew that you ran .09's every week, and it just makes sense that you'd be running .12's with the nats coming up. I'm acutally coming down there Saturday to run .09, so I'll see you there.

Ralf,I-40E to I-26E [exit 46a] go to exit 67 hiway 74 e [towards Charlotte]to the first exit [columbus-Mill spring] go left 3 miles,across from the big textile mill on left up the hill right on fox mtn rd. should be about 50 miles for you.

I'll be there running .09. The nitro series will be there as well. Fox Mountain is one of my favorite tracks. Everyone who has been there knows how nice it is, and for anyone who hasn't been there, come on out. Chuck and Carolyn are great people and always put on a fun race.

DK, I know that a certain black and red #32 won .09, with Tim Chambers second and James Stroud third. Stan won 19 turn, and I think Donald Trammel won stock. I thought you might show up down there. Remember that we have another nitro race at C&W July 28th, and there should be some of the Easley group coming up because they are having a big off-road race that day.
