Just got a picoo Z for Christmas! It is a lot of fun! I am trying to find out how to better control it, and make it go forward. It came with aluminum stickers, that I applied to the nose. If you launch it from you hand with the nose down, it is fast, but then it levels off and basically hovers. I have heard of people putting more weight on the front by way of thumb tacks...does that work? Any tips on having it fly the direction you want?

If you twist the tail boom clockwise when looking from the rear so the tail rotor is angled toward the ground it will fly forward. More twist = more speed. Twist it the other way and it will fly backwards. My son's having a blast with ours. He's driving the cats crazy. A thumb tack in the nose works also but the extra weight cuts down on flight time.
