Here's a chance to fantasize.....
If you were a star character in your own scifi or fantasy movie, who would you pick as your femme fatale co-star and what would be the movie's synopsis?
Me, I'd be a Star Ship captain with a "young" Jayne Mansifield as my assigned dedicated yeoman. Of course, it wouldn't be the censored relationship like on Star Trek... he he he.
maybe I had a little too much egg nog but I thought this would be a good circle discussion.....a la That 70's Show!
Thoughts anyone?:dude:
sbaxter 12-23-2006, 08:32 PM Ashley Judd. Storyline? Um ... we'd be, you know, goin' someplace and doin' stuff ...

Griffworks 12-23-2006, 09:30 PM For me, it'd be Charlize Theron. We'd be... I dunno... Vampire Hunters or Supernatural Hunters. We'd be doin'... stuff... when not fightin' evil. Stuff that you do behind doors were closed that you don't normally see on TV. She'd be meanerin' me, too. Realy tough and an excellent shot. The sorta stuff that turns me on in a chick, especially if she's a really good shot w/just about any fire arm made. Yeah, tough and mean. Except for when we was... doin'... stuff... :D

Me and a young Diana Rigg as space explorers, or treasure hunters, or paranormal investigators — hell, I wouldn't care if we were chartered accountants!
Now, [I]there was a WOMAN!
terryr 12-24-2006, 12:55 AM You know, if they're femme fatales they're gonna end up killing you.
scotpens 12-24-2006, 02:42 AM Maybe Old McDonald was thinking more of generic "hot babes" than les femmes fatales. Strictly speaking, a femme fatale is a female character, especially in crime fiction or film noir, who lures men to their doom. She's mysterious, dark, seductive, and above all, dangerous. Which gets me thinking: I'd like to be the Evil Kirk in the Mirror Universe if a slightly younger Linda Fiorentino could be my Captain's Woman . . .
PhilipMarlowe 12-24-2006, 11:04 AM Me and Liz Phair travel the galaxy in our beat-up-but-trusty spaceship, doing good deeds and battling the evil (but scantily clad and open-minded) clone armies of Salma Hayak, Angelina Jolie, and Monica Bellucci.

Actually, I got the phrase from a magazine called Femme Fatale. They cover both what you described and those who do good deeds, women who took a life of crime but do occaisional good once in a while such as Catwoman, or are just along for a ride to a good or tragic ending. There was even a segment on the women who played heroes such as Wonder Woman, Vampirella, etc. who were women of mystery or were just plain un-obtainable by men. It's stretching the true meaning of Femme Fatale but it works for me.

Works for me, too — if it includes
the two I previously mentioned
plus the gorgeous Peta Wilson!

Meh... I knew what he meant. I like dangerous wimmen-folk, regardless if they're dangerous to me or someone else.

John P 12-25-2006, 10:20 AM Me an' Jennifer Connely as two space fighter pilots - me the pilot, she my back-seater - crashed on an alien world and thrust into various throbbingly dangerous positions.
Griffworks 12-25-2006, 11:32 AM Ooooo! Jennifer Connelly! Even better than Charlize Theron! Good choice, John!
John P 12-25-2006, 05:00 PM Of course, we've been discussing Catherine Bell on another bboard I visit, and I may amend my choice. Lordy, that's a hot woman!
Mar10 12-25-2006, 10:31 PM Peta Wilson, Catherine Bell   Decisioins. . .decisions.

Catherine Bell.....she was a co-star on the tv series JAG. She filled out the navy uniform really well.
John P 12-28-2006, 12:21 PM She's one of the few beauties I actually like in short hair better.
The 1966 version of Racquel Welch, and me (when I had more hair) as an X-Files type thing, in the Bahamas...

scotpens 12-28-2006, 11:03 PM I've made a ton of those Photoshop fakes of female celebrities — just for my own amusement, you might say. Unfortunately, I can't post any of them here!
