Welcome all! And thanks to all who already have started posting!
In discussion with Hank we decided that 'another' die cast forum was appropriate, because the European based die cast manufacturers make so many beautiful cars at the moment, they deserver their own forum!

Some of you might know me, my name is Henri Kroeze and I live in the Netherlands, Europe. From my childhood on I an a huge fan of 1/64 model cars, which started with the Superfasts by Matchbox. This enthousiasm has never really been away and during my teens, I started collecting Corvette models in scale 1/64. I have quite the collection right now... Next to that, I collect old Majorettes (till the early '70-s), the last years of the Matchbox regular wheels and the first superfasts and recently started on the Impy / Lone Star cars. As you see, most of these are memories from my youth.

This may sound strange, but it is very hard to buy die cast cars here in the Netherlands. You only see Hot Wheels and a loose MB somewhere, but that is it. I did not like this and started my own company, called Tiny Toy Cars and I want to have the largest stock list available on the Internet. I have all major European brands of which Norev is by far the most popular. I do sell cars worldwide, from Asia (Japan, Philippines) to the USA, Brazil, Mexico and closer to home, almost all European countries.
Some of these contacts to bring in return nice die casts not availble outside their country, like Kyosho and Tomica.
My business, still ran in my spare time, is really expanding and I hope this forum will help to get more people enthousiastic about the 'other' brands that are out there! I will update here often with new releases.
We ship worldwide to actual costs calculated by TNT Post, our shipper. We have Paypal and also accept Credit Cards. Best of all, customers not living in Europe (European Union) don't pay our tax, which is a saving of 19%...
Paypal supports Euro's and does the conversion for you. Currently, 1 Euro equals to about USD 1,30.

This forum is for all die cast car brands originating in Europe, as most of them have production in Asia anyway. Preferrably scale 1/64, but other scales are also welcome, when they don't fit in other forums. For example 1/43, which is the biggest collector market in Europe, should fit better in the 1/43 forum.

Anyway, we'll see what happens and I am looking forward to get you all enthousiastic about what is happening in Europe at this moment! (And a little bit out of Asia..)

If you have any questions, feel free to ask!!!

Good luck with the new forum Henri.

I like the European companies that manufacture diecast cars, but I like American model diecast cars made by them the best.

I'll visit your forum, perhaps I can find some 1/64 scale American cars made by European companies.

Happy Holidays to you and your family, and everyone that visits this new forum! :hat:

Take Care!......STUTZ

I am glad to see the start of this forum and wish everyone involved much success with it!

A good reason for me to visit Hobbytalk more often than I have done before. If only I had more spare time available...

Great forum! I'm looking forward to seeing some cool stuff here.

If anybody is very interested in 1/64 cars from Majorette and Siku... they have some of them in our shops. LMK if somebody is looking for a specific model, I can look around and help.
