Please explain the new European Diecast forum.

My guess is any scale can be posted.

Does European mean a diecast car made in Europe? (such as the countries of England, France, Germany, etc.) For example: Can these diecast cars be made in England, but be models of American cars, Italian cars, etc.?

Or does European mean only European model cars can only be posted? For example a Jaguar XKE from England in 1:1 scale, but a 1/24 scale made in China can be posted.

Thanks in advance.

It's nice to see a new forum added!

I think I might understand now.

European manufacturer of diecast cars. Would any car be OK to post, (American made, English, Italian, etc.) as long as it was made in a European country?

For example: A Mercedes made by CORGI from England.
A Ford made by Eligor from France.
A Porsche made by a German manufacturer.

Yep, that is correct.
This forum should have it's focus on European die cast brands, like Siku, Norev, Corgi, Dinky Toys, Edocar, Guisval, Bburago, Majorette, you name them.

As many of these originate in Europe, most of them are manufactured nowadays in China.
And it is not limited to European cars, a nice American Siku wouldn't hurt either!

But I will post a complete explanation later today.

Thanks for explaining Henri.

Is any scale OK?

As far as it does not interfere with other forums...
But I'm ok with it!
