Engine was running fine until I took it off to put on another frame...Now it will not start,It's not getting any fuel but before I took it off the other frame it was running fine...What could be the problem?????? Please Help

Make sure no wires are grounding.... and its firmly (and cleanly) mounted to the frame...
and the wires are of course.... positive to solenoid then to starter..... negative to the frame.
