The part # is 5908 price is 29.99 on tower.

As long as you have the newer 13.5 with the large front bearing you should be good. Some of the early 13.5 got shipped with the 5800 style endbell.

I use a sintered rotor in my 7.5 and it made a huge difference, more torque, less heat, so you can gear a little higher.

If you have one of the later versions of the 13.5, all you need is the sintered rotor. I have one of the first ones released {serial #sm00036}. The later versions have the endbell with the larger bearing that is required with the sintered rotor.

I ran the sintered rotor in a 13.5 today. I only ran it in a practice situation. I did not notice any real advantage as far as lap times go. But, I didn't run it enough to say anything conclusive.

Novak's part number is NOV5908.

Lefthander R/C has them in stock.

If you plan on running any BRL races the sintered rotor is not legal in the sportsman 13.5 class. Just information. I run them in my 4300's and they do make the motor run much cooler.
