You guys warned me...
... but I didn't listen.
This happened in just one night and two stores (Toys R Us and Publix Supermarket)...

Unfortunately, they didn't have Snot Rod, and he's the first one I decided on getting when I saw the movie. I'll be hitting the 'bay soon.
I'm happy. :)

I'm no expert, but I think your Lizzie is one of the 'chase' cars from release 1, with daytime card art instead of release 2's night sky.

Interesting. She's already been set free, but if it does turn out that she's a chase car, I'll save the packaging.

I would not agree with the word 'chase' used for the original issued Lizzie. It seems in the beginning there were some models that were HTF than others. The packaging scheme used in the first boxes was not equal at all. Now, I believe there are more of the HTFs from the beginning showing up. The rest is history.
Great snags never the less. Tanks for sharing the pic and good luck finding the SnotRod character, Olesarge90/Gill

Yeah, I looked on the 'bay, and they have plenty of both variations.
I'm huntin' down the rod now. :)

I know; I only put 'chase' in the half-quotes because even though it's not really like a WL or TH, I never saw a Lizzie nor a Sarge on the pegs from the first release in our area, and I looked through hundreds of them. (I finally gave up; a complete set is not that important to me, but they would have been nice to have at the time.)
Now it seems that "Supercharged" Chick Hicks, Boost, King, and maybe Hamm are HTF in this area. Now that I know the only difference is the card art, it's not such a big deal...I already have a complete (mixed) set of cars to set free!
