Yes talked with Tom last week there will be Friday practice from 8-10 pm.

As we did at the other events we will probably separate the faster and slower classes to give everyone an equal shot at quality track time.

Jason just head North on 65 when you get to Chicago turn left and follow 80

for about 500 miles then you should arrive just in time...LOL

At the start of this thread they had a link to The World of Hobbies click
on that and you should find directions...

See Ya

74 to 275>> I think its east when your coming that way***then stay on 275 past i75..then right past i75 there is a Mosteller road exit..take that exit.. at the light turn right into the leftmost lane.. the track will be on the left at the first light after you go under the overpass.. If you get lost going from indy to this track then you deserve to start from the back of the grid.... LOL

Cincy has house transponders...so unless there is a BRL issue you should be good to go

The race this weekend was a blast! I had a great time rubbing elbows with a great group of guys. Everyone deserves a pat on the back for a great raceing weekend. A special handshake and a high five for Pat Simkins, Frank Ulbrik, and Danny B. for winning their respective classes.

This was my first experience with the BRL and I must say that i was thoroughly impressed. Sonny ran the practices and the races like a well oiled machine. He did a great job and with his help everything ran smoothly. I don't think we couldn't have asked for a better race announcer. Laddies and Gentelman, Mr. Sonny Brown......*applause*.

A couple of special thanks go out to Joe Retherford for all the help he did with setting up the Beta Brights and the TV and helping us out with the scoring system. Thanks to Monti Panzica for helping do a little set up with me on Friday and moving Tables to make sure we could fit everybody. Thanks to Tom for setting up the track and making it possible for everyone to have a place to race. and Thanks to all my guys ( Jason, Andrew, and Jared ) for running the front of the store and making sure everybody got the parts they needed when they needed them.

All in all it was a great weekend and I personally can't wait untill the Snowboards warm-up to see some of the guys back again. Good luck to all in Fort Wayne.See ya when we see ya next.

Thanks again
Darren

Brown delivered again. Awesome weekend with a good vibe all the way through. The show ran smoothly and was enjoyable as well. The racing was excellent and the sportsmanship shown between drivers couldn't have been better. It's kind of like a fraternity of racers that travel together and develop a "family" type atmosphere. Most everyone knows they'll be at the next race and, I think, for that reason they all get along so well. The series sponsor( John Foister) has done endless work to help Tom ensure that WOH is a top notch facility, as well as backing this excellent touring series. Sonny keeps improving the show and has a knack for "entertaining" as well as just holding a race.
I will say this.....Frank Ulbrick looked amazing. His preparation, driving and focus have never been better. I thought about it on the way home and I can't honestly I saw him miss the line once. I'm sure he may criticize himself...but to the average racer like me it was pretty impressive.
Thanks again to everyone @ the BRL and World of Hobbies for a great weekend.

Oval guys always make racing easy on the tracks. The racers are in the zone and the building could be on fire and they would race around it. :)

Thanks for making our weekend enjoyable. I had a great time. I loved the fact the 13.5 class was full.

Thanks again Sonny for the awesome show. You and Darren did a great job.
If you could do something about my pit mates, the weekend would have been perfect. Thanks Roger and Mama for all your help and Monti for the build. John Foister for the fuel to go fast. Yes I know I need to hit the line. You never said which line.

Thanks to Sonny and all the BRL racers for a great weekend of racing. I think dk said it best, that it is like a BRL Family. Great guys to race with and watch.

Big thanks to all the companies that provided the door prizes.

WOH is one of the finest places that we go to.

Congrats to Danny, Frank, and Pat on their wins. Congrats to Bob Williams on TQ in 13.5

Thanks to all the guys that I ran with in 13.5, very sportsmanlike.

We haven't raced around buildings on fire, just cars.

See you all in Fort Wayne.

Man what a great facility, competitors, and of course announcing.
WOH crew really puts out the welcome mat, looking forward to a return visit.

After the resort, the racers really worked together to crank out some great racing.
special thanks to Mike Kingsley, and Ernie Parison for some great close racing, it is good to run close with drivers you can trust.

Thanks guys. It takes a combination of great tracks, great sponsors and most of all great racers to make it all work.

Special thanks Tom, Darren and all the World of Hobbies crew for helping things run so smooth. Also a big thanks to Barry Hill at Hyperdrive for sponsoring this race and donating the Pro 3 kit along with other items.

All of our sponsors came through again allowing us to raise over $800 for the Victory Junction Gang, bringing the season total to over $2500.

Should have the Race Report and Points updated it the next couple of days and will be posting info for Race #5 The Voo Doo Cells, Lefthander R/C Summit Showdown Jan. 27-28 soon. Hope to see you there.
