I had the opportunity yesterday to see first hand the quality of the latest GL castings. I honestly can say that there is no picture I have seen that does the cars justice. It's not a slam on the photographer or any site pictures that are posted but the fact is, these cars are really, REALLY good. In my opinion the best and most realistic wheel and rim combos out there. I didn't realize for example that the new flamed Mopar has white rims. For those of you had concerns about the wheel stance of the new Camaro and Mustang, can rest easy, they look killer in your hand. The new custom Olds in green doesn't do the paint justice either and again those wheels and rims really set these cars off. The metal flake in the paint just can be captured in print like the cars look on the pegs.

I'm telling you, the wait was worth it. They are killer and I'm dying to see the next run. From top to bottom, just outstanding. I'd share pictures........but it's no fair to the castings so you'll have to hold them for yourselves to understand.

"From top to bottom, just outstanding."

If only that could sum it up. They really are incredible. The new wheels compliment the cars flawlessly. The new smaller Torq Thrust wheel, especially on the upcoming Coronet really is stunning. The same for the new Mustang, Camaro, and 442 Hopster wheels. The proportion of the tire to the rim in relation to the car sets the car off nicely. There are no cut-corners... If the car needed 2-tone interiors, it got it. If the wheels looked better painted rather than molded plastic, it was done. If the wheel needed to match the color of the car, it too, was done.

"A die-cast company FOR the collector."

We heard it several times. THANKS to everyone at GL for the great product and the best hospitality while we were there. These guys are the real deal.

I beleive you when you say photos don't do the cars justice, but I'd like to see what you have anyway. I'm dying to see some good photos of the new Mustang GT and Shelby.

What can you tell us about the price. And where can we find these without having to purchase a plane ticket or without having owning stock in UPS or FedEx?

Thanks,
Stan

Uhhhh....yeah....bring on the photos bro. No disrespect meant, but all this ranting is a bit meaningless without photos.
