havent ran that class there yet this year but we are going by the brl rules.no wings, spoiler only and rear of body must be intact.

I talked with Cordell yesterday. We are planning on running TC oval/foam tires/Nastruck bodies for the New Year's day race. Basically Snowbird rules - so get the word out to all the TC oval racers.

As far as other classes, I'm sure we will see some great racing again in 4300 brushless as well as all the other classes.

Hey guys... Never run NewCastle, and might, just might be able to make it. What kind of pit space, etc., will I need to know? Need a table, extension cord...? Also, if someone can fire me off some directions from Elkhart/South Bend area, I'd appreciate it....

Thanks!

Let him practice too. Maybe he will be less of a mixer on Monday. On the other hand the 4300 B-main with Zubie and Monti should be pretty entertaining.

Christmas is over the smack talk may begin.

Ted come on down, They provide pit tables, usually 30" deep and you can fit 2 on a table. I would suggest bringing a power strip and extension cord. I let one of the other guys give you directions.

I just seen a Thor Dyno on<a href="http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-1751-2978-71/1?AID=5463217&PID=1606754&mpre=http%3A//www.ebay.com"> eBay!</a>..

you mean they don't run wide cars anymore????????? Oh no!!!!! I got 4 of them!!!!! Holy Crap!!!!!!!!!!

I enjoyed annoucing races there.. it's just the track hated me.I really never did any good racing there..with the exception of winning the New Years day race in 1996 in IROC beating Danny Layton on the next to the last lap.. I did forget I ran some good races there in the Pendleton Gearbox Truck and Indycar...wow..those were the days!!!!!

Sonny I know that for this holiday season you have given thanks and been really grateful that brushless racing has come to such popularity. Other wise you would have to keep hanging your hat on those 12th scale 19t A mains at the snowbirds. And we all know that when orange wheels are in the A it's not really an "A-main".

Usually there are enough tables and chairs at the Moose for racing. If needed, there are tables and chairs in the front part of the facility that can be moved to the track. You will want to bring an extension cable and your own power strip. The track is setup in the gym, so there should be enough space to handle 100+ people. The entrance to the gym is around to the back, where there is limited parking. However, there is an area to drop off your stuff near the entrance to the gym. There is plenty of parking up front.

Normally when we race on Saturday nights the kitchen is open to the racers and they have wait staff that will come to your pit area to take your order and then they will deliver your food to you at your pit.

Here is a link in the New Castle thread to information about where the track is at: (http://www.hobbytalk.com/bbs1/showpost.php?p=1733423&postcount=98)
