I would try to find two indenticle bodies and nest them. Then try the slosh method.

why would you want to "build up" a lexan body and mold it? lexan bodies already had almost no detail.
I know your from Pennsyltucky junior, where exactly? I am near Allentown. I would gladly give you a "resin casting 101" class. fun and after a few, not as hard as it seems.

im near harrisburg and heres my idea if i cant get my hands on a aj's car hauler but lexan hot glue it together on the inside so the outside looks like it then coat it with something thick so the resin body isnt as thin as lexan then get maybe a razer blade carve detail to it make a silicone mold make a body pack the driver cab with clay freeze it then vacumm form it fot the windsheild buy replacement decals paint it blue put the decals on and i got an aj's racesaver car hauler :)

I live in Moore Township, which is 2 miles north of Bath, Pa., I can go 2 miles down the road to rt.248 take it north for about 1/2 hour and be in Palmerton. As I type this everyone is getting ready to go for a ride to (I know i'm gonna spell this wrong) Nesquohoning? to check out future rental property.
my home track is a mini track I use for testing and warm up type laps. the kids like it.
