Novak tech support is busy, so thought I'd ask here. Picked up a GTB and followed the instructions for 1 step programming. The red led will light, green led will light solid for full throttle, but it will not blink for brakes. It seemed to function ok, so ran it this weekend and it worked fine.

Now I am going to a different track and I want to modify throttle profile 3 to use there (I wanted to turn off drag brakes and keep profile 1 set to default settings). Holding the programming button down, I cannot get the led's to all come on. I tried holding it for over 60 seconds. No go.

Any tips? Or does it have to go back to Novak? It's only a few weeks old.

Check the Brake EPA setting. Usually oval guys turn their brakes way down. When they put in a new ESC, it won’t setup because there is no brake output coming from the radio.

Yup, uh-huh. The same thing happens with the LRP's.

Thanks for the tips guys. I triple checked my radio settings and everything was ok. And according to the manual, I can completely disconnect the esc from the receiver and still be able to enter programming mode. Doesn't work. The red led will light up and as I continue to hold the programming button, the rest of the leds fail to come on so that I can select a different throttle profile.
