I went out and looked at the progress the other day after the race. This is going to be a big track. Can't wait until we smell the asphalt trucks coming down the drive.

Might be a little far for me to drive an a regular basis, but will try to make a race or 2 next season...Progress looks great...looking foward to it!.....Brian

freddie, the wife gave me the :thumbsup: the only exception is that she has to be my pit person. I told her she needs to wear something exciting :cool: so that I will have what ever edge I can get during the race :tongue:

We got to start on you early Scott. Brake you in, so your use to the razzing :wave: I dont know what everyone will think, you getting whipped by a pink car :p I started putting ther servos in it and ok I have to say I am getting excited

I don't believe any sportsman car has turned 5.5001 lap times there. hehe
and yes those are legal laps. Its not about driving the fastest laps
there anyhow. Its who can drive the smartest. I've won quite a few when
my car was off alittle and wasn't the fastest.

quite a few guys were wondering why two sportsman cars were turning
such fast lap times. one with no 1/4 experiance , the other with alot but
can't drive. LOL

which leads me to the big question. This is going to be QSAC sanctioned
track i assume. Strick QSAC rules? weight , VP fuel ,no engine modifications, or carb modifcations, no tire treatments or softeners used at all. the correct tires used on the correct corners of the car. legal body hieght. etc. several guys have been busted before running fuel that
they know they shouldn't be running. did it give them more power?
maybe, maybe not. but why run it when you know its no allowed.

someone got caught using tire treatment . another guy got caught with advanced timing key in and not the stock key. another one had
illegal brake setup. you might say that didn't make the car faster but in
a way it did because it allowed him to use something else on the car that
was effecting a normal ,legal brake setup. this something else wasn't illegal and can be used.
Also, are you going to supply track fuel? Should we buy our own? Im going to get some soon if we bring our own because it seems everytime i go to get
it they are out that day and don't know when getting it again.

Yes Scott has pretty much got me convinced this will be a QSAC sanctioned track along with making sure everyone is a QSAC member ? Although that I have not really convinced myself of yet, I am still working on that point.

We will fallow QSAC rules with everything. I am not a newbi when it comes to this sort of thing.
We race every week on the inside carpet track. I do get more than my fare share of people showing up each week. We do tech cars for weight, height, ride height etc. So lets not start getting your panties in a bunch before you get to know me.

I like razzing people, its half the fun for me. Its all in fun, and I take it just as well as I dish it out. There is another reason I run a pink car. I had a pink Pro 1 chassis built just to give people that little extra to go ahead and poke fun. Plus not to mention I give it back when that " Pink " car beats them.

I had already had planned to purchase fuel in bulk to have at the track. This will do a few things, One being, making sure everyone IS running the same fuel. Two just will be easier on the guy. I try to make it easy on the people that race here. Like I said, you do not know me, but you will and you will see I am not your normal track owner. I will go WAY out of my way to make sure you have a good time.

I am trying my best to make sure not only will there be new cars , bodies, parts, and anything else related to 1/4 scale in stock in the store but also on line at the best price available.

SO with that said pull your panties out of your butt and get your feathers unruffled and relax, besides I was trying to get Scott's feathers ruffled :tongue:

I'm not trying to convince you to QSAC sanction your track, I just pointed out the reasons why you should think about it. It doesn't matter to me, I'm a QSAC Member already.

panties are not in a bunch. just have seen alot over the years and wanted to ask a few questions. Just getting ready for season and was thinking about fuel. which lead to other things and wanted to see your take on
those issues. I like to race and have fun too. Its about getting to together
and forgetting about all lifes problems. what i like about 1/4. even when you
lose. its still fun. because you still have to drive that beast around the track.

Not to worry about the simple things. We are following QSAC rules and we will Make sure everyone else does. I will pitch the bad apples as they show up and Done !
