I've run stock with and without the back end cutout and could never notice a difference.

I've ran the 13.5 with and without the back in also and I could not feel any real difference either. I don't think the 13.5 is fast enough [on smaller tracks] to be adversely affected by leaving the back in.
Now, that being said, cut a 1/4" off the spoiler and we have a whole different barrel of worms. I think mbeach2k will agree with me on this one!

The cars run great in 13.5 class with no wing and with the back left in -- very stable and very smooth. No issues at all :-)

I'm lovin' every minute of it - the cars look a lot better too !

What are you guys opinion on what is going to happen when the paved season comes back around? do you think that the bodies will have to be cut out and a wing added?

I have never really tried to run without a wing on paved tracks but i sure know what happens with they come off LOL.

I toatlly agree  they are very stable, and IMO easier to free up than with the wing, besdies lighter weight, it will make you a better chassis tuner  and not rely on the wing  thats my 2 cents

Yup... when we go back outside on caps, the wing goes back on.

Jeff You don't think you could bury your car into turn 3 at M-town without a wing? But I guess you'd have to get out of 2 first. I agree the wing will have to go back on these things will be fast on caps

I did'nt notice any difference in speed if there was. Maybe on a really big track though.
