last night at a local Meijer's. Wasnt in the diecast asile, the GL's were hanging on the side of an end cap. Looked through them and found the custom 70 Mustang from the MCG S & C series. Pretty wild to find the mate GM to the one I found on monday at a different Meijers.

Ya know Earl, I'm sick of this. Why don't you join the rest of the GL collectors and pay $75+ like the rest of us...

(just kidding of course) :)

I would like to know how everyone keeps finding the GM's?? If there are only a small percent of these i would think they would be all gone by now --- even the regular cars are only 2500 each i would think by now every store that would have got them plus your hobby stores that would have taken the whole production of these cars?? Just curious???

JLWfan, I actualy could not believe it when I found the second one, considering that the stores are about 25 miles apart and the diecast collectors/scalpers in this area only rarely miss the chase cars.
Mike ,ok I'll sell them to you for $74.99 each  :p LOL
p.s. nice art work on the cards

Nah, as long as new cases arrive in stores, the GMs will still be found. BTW, the run for Stock and Custom is 3500.

Kind of like the search for Willie Wonka's Golden Ticket in the movie "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" ... only it's far from chocolate, but the search is just as thrilling. I'm kidding, of course (lol).
All in all, a great find!
