The Greeneville RC Speedway's Snow Bird Warm Up Race will be held on Jan 19-21. We will be open on the 19th all day for practice. Qualifiers will start on Sat with a resort after the first round. More info and a flyer will be up soon. MAKE YOUR PLANS NOW

Working on classes for the warm up. Have had a request to run the touring oval class. Like the birds 4wd touring trucks? What do you think?

our plans at this time is to run the qualifiers on Sat mains on Sunday like the masters. If the entries are anything like the emails I am getting, we wont be able to run the whole show on Sat, Look foward to having you all back.

Looks like this is going to be a good race. Getting entries from NC and Fl already. Looks like the 6 cell mod is going to be hot class. If you are planning on racing the Birds this is the race to get ready at.

Hey Jimmy be sure and bring your brushless looks like we will have a good crowd.

LOL, the brushless car has been so bad, it has been replaced! I'll be starting over on the brushless carpet program. But since I was 4 laps off the pace, it really not that big of a step backwards! On a good note the Stock car is a solid 56 lap car when its not loose. I'm looking forward to getting back to Greeneville for the best oval racing in the country. See ya soon!

Guys make plans to attend this race as we all know it's the closest track as the actual Snowbirds Track. Alan runs a top notch program & has a well stocked hobbyshop on site.

Brandon Rippons Set The New Track Record In 13.5 B/l Of 58 Laps @ 4:01.68.

Johnny Broyles Broke The 19t Record With A 62 Laps @ 4:00.23.

Jesse Bean Broke The Stock Record With 56 Lap @ 4:00.80
In Qualifying. Jimmy Flack Came Back In The Main And Set A 56 Lap @ 4:00.76.

But Jesse Would Not Be Out Done And Laid Down A
57 Lap @ 4:02.84 In The Main Also.

Bump up... If you plan on racing at the Snowbirds you have to make this race!

We will be running the Warm Up race as a one day event. We will follow the regular schedule with the mains being run on Sat.

If you are planning on coming and have not let me know, please do so. I am making pit assignments now.

1/19 open 9am to 10pm open practice.
1/20 open 8am open practice till 10 am
10 am till 12:30 pm controlled practice
12:30 pm drivers meeting
1:00 pm 1st of 3 heats
resort after 1st heat
remaining heats
mains & awards

I think it will probably be 10:30 -11:00 finish
