Allan A 11-22-2006, 03:23 PM Greeneville's Snow Bird Warm Up Race will be held on Jan 19-21. We will be running basically the same format that we did at the Ovalmasters.
Come get your car tuned up for the SnowBirds.
We also will be hosting the Roar Nats on April the 13-15.
I am working on a good hotel package for both these races. Make your plans now.
Entry forms will be up on both these races soon.

Allan A 12-31-2006, 10:46 PM TRACK RECORD WERE SET IN 3 CLASSES AT GREENEVILLE THIS WEEKEND.
BRANDON RIPPONS SET THE NEW TRACK RECORD IN 13.5 B/L OF 58 LAPS @ 4:01.68.
JOHNNY BROYLES BROKE THE 19T RECORD WITH A 62 LAPS @ 4:00.23.
JESSE BEAN BROKE THE STOCK RECORD WITH 56 LAP @ 4:00.80
IN QUALIFYING. JIMMY FLACK CAME BACK IN THE MAIN AND SET A 56 LAP @ 4:00.76.
BUT JESSE WOULD NOT BE OUT DONE AND LAID DOWN A
57 LAP @ 4:02.84 IN THE MAIN ALSO.
GOOD NIGHT OF RACING . LOOKS LIKE EVERYONE IS GETTING TUNED FOR THE SNOWBIRD WARM UP. :thumbsup:

jflack 01-01-2007, 10:06 PM Congrad on the Track record Jesse, the car looked great all day. I'm slowly learning this carpet stuff. Looking forward to the Snowbirds warmup race. It was a very fast weekend, 4 racers went 56 laps in qual runs.

killerkoncepts 01-24-2007, 11:37 AM Co27's ..thats what all the racers are using at the big races..no need to to have a handout that no one can use after the event..x stock motors would be ok.they are about a lap faster on the track..
J-Dub Racing 01-24-2007, 11:46 AM I would vote for x-stocks to if you can get them. Anything will work though. I think we could have got close to 57 laps with a clean run on the CO27. Oh well my car is ready now, bring on what ever motor you want!!
