So, I just bought a brand-spankin' new Battlestar Galactica The Complete Epic Series box set, and discovered one interesting little revision in the packaging.

The fold-up box containing the discs, which had wrap-around artwork on the outside, now has a silver spine along with the same artwork. It's still a little dicey freeing the discs from the clear plastic holders, though.

Does this denote a brand-new burning of discs, with the slight difference in the packaging signaling a "second printing," so to speak?

Nup. And uploading is a near-impossibility now that I use a library comp.
