Just wanted to know the different ways it is used.

How soon do you put it on before a race?

When do you wipe it off before a race?

Does it have a shelf life before it dose'nt work?

I apply it 5mins before my race and wipe off the excess with a paper towel in the same order as soon as I finish applying it (I apply rr, lr, rf, lf... then wipe rr, lr, rf, lf). That's just my preference... don't really know how much of an tuning option leaving it on there different lengths of time would be anyway. I've never had a can go bad per say... generally if its ancient it will evaporate but other then that its fine. The main ingredient is an oil (methyl salicylate), oils don't generally spoil.

same here, i was once told by a famous putnam guru " put it on , go back to the tire you started with and wipe it off " !!!!
