I just bought some new batteries, I assembled them today, and i knew i needed to cycle them to bring them back to life after being on the shelf, I have charged them and when they peak, it's only at 3.12 Peak Volts my older 4-cell packs were getting anywhere from 6.3 to 6.6. How do I get them like my other packs?
P.S they are Orion 3300 Vmax Plus-rds packs (4-cell)

sounds like you have a couple of dead cells

You can try charging them at a much lower amp rate (2 amps) to see if you can help the pack. But I think you have bad cells that need to be replaced. Thats the problem with buying old packs.

Use a voltmeter to check each cell.
