A 1948 Chevrolet Aero sedan made by Brooklin.
Not a favorite year Chevrolet of mine, but the detail is great! Everything that you see chrome is diecast.

I'm kinda in the same boat you are...I'm still thrashing around trying to figure out where that dad-burn tote of my 1:43 scale stuff went! LOL

I like the Fleetline style. In fact from 46 on up to 67 Chevy made some great lookin' carsThe wood does make it look a bit cumbersome. Maybe if the brightwork was brought out on the fenders and around the windows it would lighten up the thickness of the body. Some cut to fit 3M Adheasive Foil would answer that. If it dodn't work take it off. No harm no foul.

I fine some of the Brooklins very poorly done and others very well done. For instance they do not seem able to get 50s wraparound windshields right. :confused: How about the rest of you?
