I just found this site and so far it looks great. I have a complete set of 1/64th Petty 50th Anniversary, all low numbers, I think the highest no. is around 00148. I'm not thinking of letting them go, but would anyone know what they are worth? Also does anybody make a display case these fit into. All the ones I have tried doesn't work because of the blister pack design.

Welcome to the site.
This is the set with a car from each year Petty raced, correct?
About three or four years ago a guy offered to sell me a set for around $250.00. I thought the price seemed fair but I didn't have the money. If I remember right the blister packs were pretty tall.
This case might be worth looking into:

Thanks for the reply. I thought about sending them( all 50) to Level Cross to get Richard to sign them, thought it might be a nice touch.

I've been away from the site for quite awhile and am wondering if anybody has any new information on these Petty 50th Anniversary 1/64th cars. I still have the full set put a way in a box. I wrote to Petty Enterprise and asked about getting them signed, but they said it would be better if I brought them myself and schedualed a time to get it done, so I have not gotten it done, no time. If anybody has any input on these feel free. Thanks

I have the all of 50-car blisterpack retail versions and recently sold my QVC boxed set of these for a song. The QVC set had each car individually wrapped in a plastic baggie and the cars were in two trays of 25 cars each. I kick myself now for selling it, but I needed the cash.

As for the blisterpacks, they aren't going anywhere. I would say $250 is a fair market value. Good to see somebody else with these and someone who is an obvious Mopar guy. Take care.

You know I am a MOPAR fan! I have the "real mopar might" a 69 R/T Charger in the garage,(different forum). As I said before I don't think I will sell them but you never know. I have talked to a number of "colectors" of nascar diecast and have yet to find anybody else who has an entire set of these, until now. I have been a Petty fan since the early seventies and have met the King, Kyle and Adam, "rest in peace", and have several other Petty items. Stoped watching Nascar about three years ago, but will aways be a Petty and Mopar fan.
