Anyone else have exhorbitant shipping costs associated with the AMT/ERTL Trek sized packages? Just cost me $14.00 to ship this stuff to TrekFreak and I'm sure it cost him the same to send me the swap.
This was USPS, I used a box that was only 1.5 inches wider and 1.75 inches taller than the box kit itself. Here's and additional stickler ...the box was used to ship me a motorcycle jacket that weighted 12 pounds and UPS only charged the Shop $7.95 for shipping a $300 jacket?!?
I should have driven the extra 15 minutes to the UPS hub near the airport to ship this thing!
