Being it's fairly large, I think the auction is 4 or 6 inches, I say it's from one of the Johnny lines where they made the big trucks.

I seem to remember a Johnny garage of some sort, possibly related to the Johnny Speed line of accessories.

I can't see the pic in the first post or get to the Fleabay auction cuz they're blocked here at work, but from what you guys have said, I can say that an antique store near my parents has a couple of Topper Johnny Service sets. They come with a gas station/repair shop/service center type building and a blue car that looks like an old Toronado, along with a bunch of service-station-type equipment for "fixing" the car. Can't remember if they had gas pumps or what they looked like if they did, but the size you mentioned sounds like it could be right...

ok, check out these links:
http://www.mysite4u.com/toys/topper/johnny_service/johnny_service.htm
http://www.prestonmarketing.com/toys/jservice/jservice.html
Particularly the second link--scroll to the bottom and there's info on a Johnny Service gas station where the car is battery operated and it "runs out of gas". You had to actually gas up the car with the pumps to get it to go again. I bet that's what this is from. Very interesting...
Okay, now I just found this link:
http://www.selloldtoys.com/topper/index.htm
that shows that whole set with the box, and it has the gas pumps you have. Man, I LOVE Google...
Cool find, by the way!
edit: now that I look closer, those pumps are included in what the guy is trying to sell, but they don't appear on the box cover. hmmm...
