Has anyone had a problem with a brand new GTB out of the box, not wanting to start the brushless (4300) motor? It requires a tap to get started. It will work fine, if the car is moving in any way. However, as soon as it stops, it will not start on its own power and requires a push again? This occured with a brand new stock 4300 motor and a borrowed sintered rotor as well.
Its in warranty, just curious if anyone else is having this issue?

Check the harness that runs from the motor to the speedo. Possibly one of the connectors has slid out of the plug. Also, make sure the plug is firmly and completely plugged into the speedo.

YUP -- I had a brand new one right out of the package that did that. I emailed Charlie about the symptoms and he told me to ship it back to Novak for warranty service. I did and Novak sent me back a brand new remanufactured unit with a full new warranty. So there must have been something wrong with it.
