Here are some pics of my 1/43 Galaxies , the '59s are mostly by Western , the red one is a Franklin Mint & lower quality conv one a Superior brand , the '60s are Brooklin & Tootsitoy - the blue one I custom painted , as Brooklin has never done a 2nd color of their lilac car . The 61s are Dinky , the 62 wagon I never identified the brand , its plastic like Motorific cars . The 63's are Conquest , the hdtp was only done as the race car - decals are cleared over , so they cant be removed . The 64s are Motorific Squire & Racing Champions stock car which I detampoed . The '66 sedan is a very rare French Dinky ..
Sorry for the small pics , something has changed on the computer that makes it impossible to downsize the kb to 50 or less without making them so small ... Must be one of the updates I did , affected the picture program . If I use a lower setting on the camera , it takes lousy pictures of small stuff ... I dont use a picture host , I keep my pics on my computer ..

The blue '64 is a RC Nascar thats been detampoed .. The paint finish isnt the best on it either ...

Dave,
I looked at the pictures before reading your post and out of everything you've shown, I chose the blue '60 convertible as my favorite. Nice job on the repaint.

I liked the stance it had. Guess being a race car explains it.

Well now they would all look great in my office but the blue 59, which really looks like a Fairlane 500 before they introducd the square Galaxie roof and the 63 Squire are really having me slobber all over the keyboard. Great looking collection. I will just have to look harder.

Galaxieman : The blue '59 & squad are '59 Fairlanes made by Small Wheels ( Part of Western Models). try www.dominionmodels.com (http://www.dominionmodels.com) , he sells a lot of 1/43 stuff .. usually a little less $$ than others .. Many of the handbuilt 1/43's are over $100 ea ... I will have to find my 1/43 '59 Squire too ...

Nice collection Dave!
Thanks for sharing!
I have the Brooklin '60 Ford in lilac, and a Franklin Mint '59 Ford that you have posted.
I'm pretty sure I have a Limited Edition '60 Ford done by Brooklin. I believe they made 100 of them. I'll try to find it and post a pic of it.

Very nice...
Always angered me that there was no cut out for the rear door on the Dinkys...

Nagaro : The Dinky '61 Fords are 2dr sedans , not 4drs . The French Dinky '66 Galaxie has all 4 doors openable !
