I see GL has a 1:64th scale hauler (NASCAR/Indy car enclosed version) listed amongst their offerings. Not sure that might have been special and subed out by someone else but the thing is, if you have availability to the cab then perhaps a open air hauler or tow boy is possible. Ted Burch's rigs prove (I think) the interest and Jada is starting to touch that market in their own "toon" way.

Can I get a positive pitch from the group for a real 1:64th scale car hauler that can show off that new Coronet casting the way it and all the others deserve. Multi-level multi-car would be optimum but I'd settle for a two or three car flat back as well.

Thoughts?

I think it would be cool for them to come out with a hauler, but I think that you have seen one of their old Promos and it is somebody else's brand, not a GL

I swear,,If GL replicated that pic in 1:64 diecast,I would kiss the ground they walk on...and never set eyes on a JL again.

Yep plain....one for each manufacturer, BWF's, stock and custom and on and on and on.....

I'd settle for just the coe section. The trailer is cool but if we need a starting point, that could be it! I'm betting, no, I know for sure that this casting would carry over to any and ALL 1:64th scale collectors. Most likely would have the same attitude as the Dog above and many may drop other makers in homage.

A picture is worth a thousand words...that one is priceless too.

I placed another thread in hopes other pics can be posted for those in interest so we can kick around something a little more formal. Sorry for spreading it out.:)

Yep, You are correct sir.
East: Captain-Hubert Platt
West: Captain-Ed Terry
They each had a Cobra Jet Torino & Mustang running in Super Stock and a SOHC Mustang for match races.
