Hi and thanks in advance, my son is working on a paper for school, using microsoft word, when he cites a web address as a source, it shows up blue and underlined, but when he click on print that part comes up blank, the rest of the paper is fine. Anyone have any idea what's going on? any help will be appreciated.

Right click on the link and pick the remove hyperlink option.
