Curt H 11-04-2006, 11:40 PM Just wanted to thank Bill & everyone at HIS & HERS. Had a great time tonight.
Nice track & good food always works!!
See ya next time
dangerousdave 11-05-2006, 10:54 AM Thanks again Bill & Sonya for a great race, you guys are a class track. For those of you that did not make it to the 1st Billy Bob race you missed so good fast fun racing at a fantastic track. And about the food, the WEENIE SPECIAL is worth the trip to Kenosha just to have one or two!!!...

Hurricane Racer 11-05-2006, 11:57 AM Where was everyone for this race? No one from Green Bay showed up. No one from Oshkosh/Appleton. Not even the race organizers?
Not a good turnout, for a facility that is built for the racers. Great track, great people, good racing.
Its just unfortunate that WI finally has some more good tracks that are WILLING to run Oval, yet the turnout dwindles.

The Victory Guys wanted to be there. We had a scheduling conflict and could not attend. Victory was hosting the Midwest Allstar touring series and could not make it. Nothing we could do. :(
dangerousdave 11-05-2006, 02:33 PM (9) 4300 brushless cars, (4) stock/13.5 cars and (3) legends cars is sure a poor showing from the oval racers in the area, I was gled to see Neil come over to race and a few other non regulars at His and Hers but what happened to the rest of you oval racers. How can we get more weekemd shows if we can't show up at the few we get? Pat had a scheduling conflict how does this happen didn't he and Dave H put this together didn't they set the dates. It was just disapointing not to have a good turn out for what seems like a good series for those of us that can't travel all over the country to race. I plan to race weekly at our local track and race the Billy Bob this year, I sure hope that the rest of Billy Bob races have a better turn out that the first.

stsbutch 11-05-2006, 09:35 PM Thank you Bill and Sonya. And thanks to all the racers that supported this race.
I too am confused on how the organizers of the series can have a scheduling problem. Are there no oval racers left in Green Bay? I have been to the last few cheeseland races and there seemed to be quite a few oval racers in attendance.
Where was the West Bend crew?
I wonder how many racers will show up when the Kenosha crew shows up at West Bend.
FYI to you northeners. Kenosha is on the right side of the big cheese wall
dangerousdave 11-27-2006, 05:25 PM Race 2 is coming up quickly in West Bend, Dec 16th. Lets show some support for this series. We as oval racers need to support these events.

dragracer53545 12-12-2006, 01:44 PM Hello,
What are the rules for 13.5?
Can we run wings and no bumper???
Thank you
Dave
MIDWESTRC 12-12-2006, 02:10 PM At Triclone I believe it is up to the driver, the fast guys in 13.5 are all running with BRL setup.
dragracer53545 12-12-2006, 04:18 PM The only reason why I ask is because from the Janesville/Monroe area there is one driver with a BRL 13.5 car and four of us that are running 13.5 winged no bumper. Will the winged cars still be able to run in the 13.5 class?
Thank you for the help
Dave
pmsimkins 12-12-2006, 04:28 PM My guess is yes wings and cutout bodies will be allowed. West bend has been allowing these all year, so I don't think it would be different for this race. I don't think either way is faster.
dragracer53545 12-12-2006, 05:42 PM Hello,
Thank you for the help.
I just did not want to have to change my bodies and get one painted for the weekend. Plus I just got my car figured out but it still needs some tweaking.
See everyone Saturday
Dave
