....how much artist's license have you been granted by GL in design? Are you by the books only with details well documented and you execute like a good soldier, given guidlines only, or let loose to run wild?

Have you developed a relationship in that if you do have set guidlines, you do that job but also, if you have an idea or direction, you do it on the side and present it to them as an option perhaps without fear of beatings and ridicule?:confused:
