As of this morning the USPS did some updating and blocked out just about everyone in the country from our accounts. I was told this morning that the USPS people told the program designers not to go forward with the update because of the problems that would occur and they did it anyway. So, as a result we cannot print shipping labels right now and may have to start re-entering several thousand addresses to restart the program. I have my staff working on the situation at this time and all current orders will be first on the list for re-entry but this could delay shipments for 24 hours at least. Im very, very sorry for the problem but it was completely out of my hands. Email the USPS and express your displeasure if you would like. Their butts are a little smaller after the phone call from me this morning :)
