Well, I just screwed up...I ordered a couple of 1/43 sets from kbtoys. This is probably a dumb question, but coming from a noob, is there any chance I can run my 1/32 cars on the 1/43 track?

I have a 1/43rd Artin layout and I have 1 1/32nd car (Monogram Cobra GT). It just fits on the track and I don't think I can fit two on the track. It does ok on the outside turns with borders, but when going around corners on the inside lane the rear tire goes off the track on the inside. Buy and build some 1/43rd cars they are a blast, and its very satisfying to convert them simply toys into something that looks great. You can do it with a 4 lane 1/43 and run them on lanes 1&3 or lanes 2&4 . On a 2 lane you'll have to put in boarders even on the inside turns. I've got some NKOK conversions that I run and sometimes you can pass in the turns if the outside car loses its rear and the inside car sticks.
