I hope you don't mind me joining in; my car and I are sort of looking for a home - I'm a member of a great Kyosho Inferno GT forum, but ever since I converted from Nitro to Brushless, I've wondered if I'm like the black sheep of the Inferno GT family...oh well!

Feigao (Nemesis) 1500W 540XL
BK 9920 100A
Firefox 4S Lipo 4000mah

This is my first brushless-powered car - nuts! And I thought Nitro was fast...

Question - is anyone here familiar with the Feigao motor that I have?

For example, # of turns, max rpm @ 14.8 volts? According to

www.offshoreelectrics.com/feigao_nemesis_brushless_motors_chart.htm

I should see ~42,000 rpm max @ 15 volts, but that doesn't seem to match the calculations for top speed of the car; 59 - 62 mph w/gearing at the motor of 18/44. Maybe I'm missing something!
