Buick Grand Nationals for Tjets??? It's one of my favorite cars. Can the JL X-Traction ones be made to fit on a Tjet chassis? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Jerry

The JLs can be made fit a tjet chassis by adding in your own screwposts. We do this with LifeLike nascar bodies and it works great.
Hope thats a helping hand..

Good Luck..

If you want an easy to to make screw posts, here's a tip.
Use the inside ink tubes of a Bic pen. They're very strong, they don't crack, they're easy to cut with scissors and they really hold a t-jet screw tighly.

After you cut them to size, screw them into the chassis, put glue on the tips and position the body on it. I like to use quick set expoxy, it's much stronger than super glue and it dries slow enough where you can wiggle the body around until it sits perfectly on the chassis. Super glue dries to fast and can be frustrating to work with.

Those pens tubs are great, they aslo make good axel holders and spacers too. I use them all the time on my customs and they haven't failed me yet
