View Full Version : iHobby Expo this weekend, Chicago. Mark Hosaflook 10-20-2006, 08:11 AM Don't forget to stop by and say hello to the gang at GreenLight. Take some pictures too for us poor souls who could not attend.:) pms485 10-20-2006, 09:18 AM I have seriously thought about making the trip... I've gotta meet these guys. montegogt 10-20-2006, 12:42 PM I see Hankster is going. Mark Hosaflook 10-20-2006, 02:18 PM Rob McIntosh is going today as well. He plans to meet up with the GL gang and hopefully take some pictures. robmcin 10-20-2006, 06:15 PM No camera, no pictures, sorry. Did stop and talk with everybody at GL for a half an hour or maybe even more, great bunch of people and saw the new 442s Stock & Custom regular and Green machines.. all look great but the Custom GM is a little weird looking with the striping.. still looks OK, but weird, know what I mean? Saw one of their new series to be coming - Barrett Jackson - card will have the details on the car from the auction listing, if I understood Matt correctly, and then there will be the car...sounds like a winner to me because I am sure GL will do the car exactly as it is in 1:1 scale  Pace Car Series coming out in November Saw the artwork for the new Shelbys and other cars, they said the samples sent over were not anything they wanted to show off, so drawings were it for now.. still looked really nice. Great group of people and they ALL made sure to say Hi and introduce themselves to Sherry and I before we left. This is how a company should be... pontiaccrest 10-20-2006, 11:11 PM Hey,when you see them tell them to make a 69-70 Pontiac Grand Prix. Inciteful 10-21-2006, 04:51 PM I did take some pics as well as meeting the group. I agree with Rob, this is how a diecast company should operate. Pics will be up soon... Also, I got to see some unfinished prototypes of the Camaro Concept and the Mustang Convertible. Lookin' good! vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
