For anyone who needs hotel rooms in our area. Here is a list of some of the cheaper, older hotels that are closest to the track.
Every one can look on line for the big name hotels. But these offer an alternative. They are not the Ritz by any means but do the job. Also some of these offer the ability to park at your door for the ease of transporting your rc stuff right to the room.

valley motel. Ken Peppe stayed there and said was ok

Heard the Bay Motel is very nice and I think I remeber the price right around $40.00

Koko and i stayed at the north star last year. Its clean and quiet. It doesnt look like much. But its only a few blocks away from the track. We will be staying there again this year.
