I use the Losi tire CA that I have in my toolbox, and it works perfectly. Thanks MIKE VALENTINE 10-17-2006, 06:22 PM I never glue the edges of my chassis, I just sand the edges. burbs 10-17-2006, 07:24 PM Ok so has anyone ever built and run a car with the carbon fibre in stock form? How did it hold up? Thanks You will always want to remove the sharp edge... If im not going to do a whole chassis i at least to the bottom side, that could snag on carpet... I also make sure the battery slots are done so the strapping tape doesnt tear.. But by the time you do one side and the slots, you may as well go all the way... SAND YOUR PARTS UNDER WATER... use a wet dry sandpaper.. no dust.. you can also use locktite to seal the plate, and parts.. pmsimkins 10-17-2006, 07:25 PM I was lazy and neither glued or sanded the edges of my current car. I've been running my KSG like this for a few years with no problems. Sanding the edges will save you a few slivers though. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
