This diorama is also made by Hongwell. Along with the VW Bug, there are all sorts of 1:43 scale accessories like 2 mechanic figures, loads of mechanic hand tools, and all sorts of shop equipment. Around here there is no accessories of this scale, so when I saw it I grabbed it!

That's cool Street. I see that it even has a computer in it with a VW displayed on the monintor.

That is really neat

I think someone at Hongwell understands what makes diecast collecting fun.

Nice diorama StreetFreak!

Big Lots had these Garage Accessories sets for $5 awhile ago. It included a diecast 1/43 scale Viper with the set. All the accessories were plastic, so I didn't use them. GMP does make 1/43 scale diecast Garage accessories. Everything is diecast (Floor jack, jack stands, tanks, creeper, etc.).

They have some stuff from Hongwell here, but I haven't seen any dioramas. Quite a lot going on in this VW diorama...cool!

COOL diorama STUTZ!!!

They sold a diorama kit like that here, except that it had a blue Viper included. They sold them at KBs, but I believe they were $8.99. I waited until they had the two for one sale going and grabbed two of them.

I also like the Caddy!

Thanks StreetFreak.

On the box of those diorama kits there was a box that had an X marked if the car was a red Viper or a blue Viper. Someone posted a kit on another forum on HT that had a Corvette in the kit. I never saw the kits with the Corvette in it.

Here's some GMP Garage Accessories that hobby shops sell. All pieces are diecast.

Wow! Nice displays. Now if only someone (hint to JL) would do these in 1/64 too.

I'm waiting patiently for Russ from Milezone to do the 1/64 scale garage accessories. He was working on them, but right now he doing 1/64 scale JL cars (the Christmas GTO 1 of 25, and 1 of 50, The Buick GN for 6-b-kwik 1 of 75 (6-b-kwik is a HT member), and the flamed 2005 Mustang GT.

There are 1/64 garage accessories for sale. It was on the JL forum, but I can't remember the thread. Pars are VERY SMALL in 1/64 scale. I believe S scale in trains is close to 1/64 scale. Try a hobby shop that sells trains in S scale (the old American Flyer).
