These are what I call Off Brand diecast, some you don't see to many of

This is by the Circle N Company. The signs are by Tootsietoy.

This is from the Barclay Company

This is a Larger Midgetoy, most people see the small ones that look like Tootsietoys of the 70s.

This is a Tootsietoy Crane from the 70s, approx. 3" long

This is from the Lonestar Company of England, it's from their Road-Master "IMPY" super cars series, a merryweather HTTL fire Engine

Thanks for posting these. I like them all, especially the green Barclay. It looks a bit like a Packard Clipper to me.

Barclay and Midgetoy were actually two major American diecast toy makers. Barclay lasted until 1971. Midgetoy believe it or not survived into the 80s making these old-school "regular wheel" toys. Circle N on the other hand really appears to have been an off-brand! Another cool "little guy" maker whose products you may encounter is "It's A Beaut."

Thanks for the trip down Memory Lane. I've always loved the streamlined/art deco designs of the 1930's.
