Rick,
It is 99.9% nitro. Ruben ran stock truck against the gas trucks and kicked but. I would bring nitro. Just come out and have some fun.

Unsavage is awsome......

fz1
10-07-2006, 09:30 PM
The unsavage lives!
It needs a tune but looks good if i can keep it running. It doen't yurn tight but makes up for it in speed. It will eat revos for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I did not get my sensor back so all of my cars and trucks have regular radios in them. :(
Oh well I'm ready for an early start as I didn't get time to tune any of my trucks before tomorrow.
I have some for sale also If anyone wants some good deals as I have too many cars and trucks right now.

I had a great time. Scuba steve I may be wrong but thanks for fixing the link or whatever came loose on the unsavage. I appreciate all the help out there. Was a great bunch of people there today. Congrats to all the winners. We had great weather for a late year race. I tried to do as good as I could in truggy but glitching servo mad it hard to really control it well. At least it ran all og the main until the last 10 seconds it flamed out.

Well guys I just want to thank XRC.... I had a really good time today and met alot of cool people...... Everyone was very helpful and the drivers drove with respect for each other and that makes it fun for all. I'm happy that I got to race my Losi 8 finally!....and at a great track that was alot of fun to run on.....Keep up the good work and I hope to be back soon!

FZ1, No problem, it was just the outside ball cup... I wish I could of fixed it faster but I had to wait for needle nose pliers!... Take care!

Thanks again XRC!

OK.
No problem with the time it took to fix as I'm a very relaxed racer and race just to be driving on a track but the help was appreciated. Your buggy was hooked up nice. What place did you finish in the main as I didn't see all of the results.

Hey scrapheap this is chris, yah i liked how the mt's used me as a speed bump but threw themselves into the wall doing it, took the engine apart today and its spotless and everything is smooth as glass. There was no reason for me to stall in the main, had to be a rock in the flywheel. It sucks because i could have placed better.

I think i used you for a berm by accident one time. Sorry. Wasn't intentional.

HAHA its cool i think everyone used me as some kind of ramp or berm at some point. Its great racing with you guys, everyone is cool and helpful. Still learning, i will be joining the 1/8 buggy class next year. About to order a losi 1/8 buggy. Can't wait to build it. It's going to drive me nuts all winter.
