Ill be running 4300 for sure and maybe 19T...Im not sure yet.. :)

I might be running brushless that day as well I wont know till then though.

Oh by the way the race time will be at 3 p.m and the entry fee is $15 and I think the 2nd class is $12. Vince said he was gonna run a tight race program so that everyone is not there to late, he is hoping to be done by 11 or so. If anyone needs a hotel there is a few doown there but the cheapest and closest is motel 6 (2 minutes from track across the road) just go to www.motel6.com (http://www.motel6.com) and book on line for i believe its a $5 discount.

Hey Frank I thought you guys were coming a few weeks ago, what happened? Bring as many as you can, the banked track will be open for all to come in and see it as well.

19 t for sure, maybe 1/12 scale spec., and maybe some busch sportsman.

I have not been running much 19T there but Ive not seen a DC Milled or any dc motor for that matter at platinum, or Kisbey 13t never seen one, and on that track you would notice it for sure, and Ive never seen the brood outlaw variant there either..

But basically If I remember the posted rules correctly its ARCOR approved 19T motors..

Yeah rick the rules are arcor type rules any arcor approved motor is allowed. Bring the gang down and race with us check out the new banked track.

Unknown.............(nice) I wasn't saying anything bad about DC cause I do agree with you. His mod arms are some of the best for sure. I just think its silly to have some Illegal arms in a class like 19. It just opens up a can of worms. Sorry I didn't want to make it seem like I was slamming anyone just stating the facts.

Not trying to start crap or anything, but most of the motors run in that place are from DC. May not be the milled ones or anything, but I know for a fact that most of them are DC if they are any sort of handwound 19ts.

I dont know where you get that from... I race there about every week.. Ive never seen a DC can in that place.. And I really dont care..because wiuth the exception of Chase I have not had anyone give me a run in 19T using my regular arcor 19T motors..

If they are legal DC 19T's then who cares... but Ive never seen any of the funny arms at platinum.. But I have ELSEWHERE so I know what Im looking for.. Many of the guys have me cut their arms Ive never seen anything sketchy..

The 19t motors we been running are c2's wound by dieter and putnum.I personaly have not seen any funny motors here either.

Thats what I am saying KJ, There is no one cheating here at platinum we all run pretty close together, You can tell by looking at the lap times, I mean the average is 3.5 lap times and there are the faster guys, Scott, Sean, Greg, David, and myself who can hit 3.2 -3.3 laps. So Please dont come on here and start bad mouthing or accusing anything if you cant even show to race.

If I come down, Can I run on the banked track instead of racing on the flat? I dont have any 19 turns. I was hoping we could run mod or I could just play around on the new banked track?

You would have to ask vince on that one.. Usually guys will go over and run on it while racing weekly..But Im not sure what the deal will be for the big race.. there is no computer over there so you would have to use and orion counter ..

I dont know that youll get anyone to commit to running mod on that flat track.. Id scrap my 19T car and run mod But I just dont know how well it will work on that track..Ive put a mod out in practice and it was fine as long as no other cars were on the track but it seemed to use up a LOT of the track all by itself..

Hey Mario I will be working on the banked track tomorrow to get the rest of the infield carpet glued down so if you want to come down and practice that will be fine but I am not for certain that he wants anyone on it while the races are gone on next weekend. I can let you know.

Guys I believe the doors are gonna open at 8 am and also found out there is gonna be alot of door prizes available 50/50 drawings food and fun. The track record was broke in 19 turn again tonight so see if anyone can come break it next weekend.

What about Friday?? any plans on keeping the track open friday night for some late T&T??

from what i am hearing there will be a GOOD indiana showing next weekend.are they going to be offering the same classes as they usually run?might bring over a guy or two to run touring car.

Sean I am not sure if he is stayinig open late on friday or not I called him but he hasnt called me back yet.

I believe all classes will be ran it wont take that much longer to run them in the lineup, But he done said he is running a tight race program so it wont to be late of a nite.

We are gone over to Smokey Bones after the races if anyone wants to come, it all you can eat baby back ribs for $16.99. Greg, terry and myself went last night and boy they were good.

Chase Jr. 72 4:00.19 only lowered it by.06,but only second time out with this car.Fine Tune and Zinzer not far behind.GOOD RACE.Next week should be even better.

What time does racing start this weekend?

3 pm I believe the doors will open at 8 am but not for sure I will post as soon as I find out. Also friday night practice will probally be open till 9 or 10 I will find that out as well.
