i like to use the custom work's rod end the short one because it comes with the pivot ball

Most use the long part of the cap, and Bandit Rc makes a pivot ball designed for the HPI shock that is great.

Where would one located this bandit rc? I would like to get something more consistent than the piece of fuel tubing I am using right now. Thanks.

Why do you guys like to use the hpi shock?

I use them because they are really smooth and easy to build, plus i've never had one leak. The bladder system is the way to go.

What about tamiya trf shocks?

Because it builds very easy, is super smooth and rarely needs rebuilding.

tamiya shocks are a really good shock as well, i have a friend that tried them and said that they were pretty smooth. Easy to build as well, and rarely leaks.
