Hi,
I have a set of 1:43 minichamps, recently I got 2 in the mail and their acrilic covers where cracked :( . If anyone else collectes minichamps, do you know where I can get a new case for it???

I'd have to compare it to my minichamp's Aurora GTS race car's case, but NewRay does make 1:43 scale cars that come in a plastic case for like $2. Not sure how alike they are, but might wanna give them a shot. (they can usually be found at Wal Marts)

I checked walmart but they didn't have anything close to the case size of the minichamps, and i didnt see NewRay models to even compair it to :( o well any other ideas???

What are you looking for? Do you need to actually replace the cover from the original package? Or do you just want something to display your car in? I doubt you'll find something that fits exactly onto the base from the original case.
I have some small display cases from ERTL. They were made for their small tractors, but they are well sized for 1/43 cars. They come 3 to a box, and they include a "bleacher" type stand, so they stack real nice. I don't think they make them anymore, but I have found them by searching ebay, and I've also found them at toy shows. I've got several sets of them, and I really like them. A variety of background pictures are included, if you like that sort of thing.

Check your local big lots.
They have New ray 1:43's with cases

to scrabbler81, I was looking to replace the cover from the origional packagenot a brand new one :), Thanks for the info on the etrl display cases though, they looked like they would go great with the other models i have.

and to Stangboss2k, i have never seen a big lots in canada, thought i tryed your idea and checked a local close out store and didn't have any luck. Thanks for the input though :)

I did however see that in a local hobby shop that they have 1/43 scale motormax w/ display cases that looked like they have a chance, Ill let you know after i pick one up.
