I just got a older roper t18 with an onan 18 hp engine. the engine was rebuilt not to long ago but had no compression so I took the engine of the tractor and split the casing. it was rebuilt but with the wrong piston rod arms.they were in peices in the crankcase. luckly their is no damage to the cylinder walls, crankshaft or crankcase. where can I get new piston rods??

this is a common thing with these engines it more than likely had the correct rods this seems to be the weak link rods should be easy enough to get but expensive about 50.00 each is the model num. p218g by any chance still real good engines
